Privacy Policy

This page explains what Diskarte Digital (“we”) does with the personal information you give us on diskartedigital.net. We follow the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the rules of the National Privacy Commission.

Who we are

Diskarte Digital is an automation training business in Davao City, Philippines. For anything about your data, use the contact details at the end of this page.

What we collect

When you join a course waitlist, the form asks for:

• your first and last name
• your email address
• which course you want: The Vibe Ops Course, Motion Design Course, or both

We do not ask for payment details, a phone number or any ID on this website.

What the website itself collects

Our own pages set no cookies and run no analytics or tracking scripts. On the waitlist page, the GoHighLevel form script saves one small entry in your browser’s local storage: the form’s ID and a count of how many times the form has loaded. It holds no personal information. The service that delivers the pages (Cloudflare) handles basic technical data, such as your IP address, to send you the page and protect the site from abuse.

How we use your information

• to send you a confirmation email right after you join
• to send you one email when the course opens, with the price and how to join
• to send you updates about the course you picked
• to keep a record of your sign-up (name, email, course choice and date) in our customer records, so we know who is waiting for which course

Until doors open, we only plan to send the confirmation and the one email when the course opens. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone so they can market to you.

Your consent

You give us your consent when you submit the waitlist form. You can withdraw it at any time, and we will stop using your information for these purposes. See “Your rights” below.

Who else handles your information

We use a few services to run the form, the emails and the website. They handle your information on our behalf:

• GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) runs the waitlist form, stores your sign-up in our customer records, and sends our emails. Our emails come from support@reply.diskartedigital.org.
• Cloudflare hosts this website. The waitlist form is also served through Cloudflare, which sets a security cookie called __cf_bm and uses its Turnstile check to tell people from bots.
• Google Fonts supplies the lettering inside the waitlist form, so Google’s servers see your IP address when the form loads.

Some of these services store data on servers outside the Philippines.

Emails and unsubscribing

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it and we stop emailing you. You can also email us and ask.

How long we keep it

We keep your details until you ask us to remove you, or until the waitlist for your course closes, whichever comes first. Then we delete them from our records.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to:

• be told how your personal data is used (this page)
• access the personal data we hold about you
• correct anything that is wrong or out of date
• have your data erased or blocked
• object to us using it, and withdraw your consent
• get a copy of your data in a format you can reuse (data portability)
• claim damages if you are harmed by inaccurate or unlawfully used data
• complain to the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph) if you think we have mishandled your data

To use any of these rights, email us with what you need and the email address you signed up with.

How we protect it

Your details are kept in our GoHighLevel account, which only our team can sign in to. This website and the waitlist form use an encrypted connection (HTTPS). No system is perfectly secure, so if a breach ever affects your data, we will tell you and the National Privacy Commission as the law requires.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
